City Soil has been instrumental in developing the infrastructure that diverts hundreds of thousands of tons of organic wastes from landfills and incineration annually.

For more than 30 years we have implemented projects that range from composting at schools, community gardens and farms to developing multi-million dollar facilities to process organic wastes for major cities. Our multidisciplinary team specializes in connecting stakeholders from government, community and the private sector to make the most effective use of resources. We have developed numerous precedent-setting programs that provide the foundation for public policy, regulation and the practice of composting and its end use.
